- turn 90° left(CounterClockWise),
moving left foot into a left walking stance

(right leg) together with front leg, then move it out to
right side, and TURN 90 degrees to right(clockwise) into
right walking stance
- left arm out-to-in middle block

- step forward with left foot into
a left walking stance

turn 180° left(CCW), moving left foot into a left walking
